Service that puts you first
More than repairs.
Customer care.
Our customer service and support is driven by these very words of Mahatma Gandhi which he delivered in his speech in South Africa in the year 1890. As an organization we are fully committed to provide the best possible service at every point to all our customers. It is our sincere commitment that we want to not just meet, but far exceed our customer’s expectations when it comes to customer service & support.
“A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.”
— Mahatma Gandhi
